- New Service: Free Legal Consultations for DACA Recipients and Undocumented Dreamers:
- The Presidents' Alliance's Legal Pathways that Work (LPTW) initiative is now offering free virtual legal consultations for DACA recipients and undocumented Dreamers holding a Bachelor’s degree or higher. The consultations will focus on employment-based visa options but will screen for all pathways to lawful status. How it Works: Share the Request for Legal Consultation Form with your recent graduates and alumni who are Dreamers with a Bachelor's degree or higher. Those qualifying for services will be connected to one of our partner law firms for a free consultation.
Please Note: Due to our program’s limited capacity, we are currently unable to serve undergraduate students, international students, those with pending or approved green cards, or individuals seeking advice outside of employment-based immigration. We hope to expand access in the future. For more information, visit our Legal Pathways that Work resource hub or email Caitlin Johnson at caitlin@presidentsalliance.org.
